Amirah Equipment Rental hires construction and industrial equipment across Abu Dhabi and the UAE from our yard in Mussafah. If you know the machine you want, tell us the machine and the dates. If you only know the job, describe the job — working out which machine suits it is part of what we do, and getting that right at the enquiry stage saves everyone a wasted mobilisation.
What to tell us, so the quote comes back complete
A hire rate on its own is rarely a usable number. Five details let us quote everything in one go:
- The machine, or the job. Either “a 20 tonne excavator” or “we need to dig footings on a plot in ICAD” — both work.
- Where the site is. This determines mobilisation, and whether the site sits inside an ADNOC-controlled area needing CICPA clearance.
- Start date and how long. Daily, weekly and monthly hire price differently, and availability on a specific date is the thing we actually have to check.
- Operator or not. Machine-only hire needs your own operator licensed for that class; operated hire includes ours.
- Access constraints. Height limits, gate widths, ground conditions, permit windows, night work. Better to know before the transporter is loaded.
With those, you get a firm figure with delivery, collection, operator and fuel itemised — usually the same working day. For anything urgent, call rather than email.

- Saturday — 08:30 to 16:30

Enquiries sent outside these hours are answered the next working day. Equipment already on hire is supported according to the arrangement agreed for that hire.
Finding the yard
We are in Mussafah M-2, the industrial area south of Abu Dhabi island, which puts us close to the sites that hire most of our plant — Mussafah itself, ICAD and KIZAD. Abu Dhabi city and the islands are a moderate run, and Dubai, Sharjah and Al Ain are scheduled runs rather than same-day trips, quoted with the machine.
