Amirah Equipment Rental runs 22 types of construction and heavy equipment from one owned fleet based in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi — earthmoving machines, cranes, access platforms, forklifts, compaction plant, trucks and site power. Everything below is ours rather than re-hired, comes with certified operators if you need them, and is available on daily, weekly or monthly terms.

The fleet

Earthmoving and excavation

• Excavator rental — 3 and 5 tonne mini excavators, 20 tonne tracked and wheeled machines, Komatsu PC400 and a long-boom unit
• Backhoe loader rental — front loading bucket and rear digging arm in one machine, for trenching and utilities
• Wheel loader rental — Caterpillar 950 and 966 with 3–4 m³ buckets
• Bulldozer rental — Caterpillar D8 crawler dozers for bulk earthworks
• Motor grader rental — Caterpillar graders for levelling and road formation
• Skid-steer loader rental — compact loader with bucket for tight and indoor sites

Lifting and cranes

• Mobile crane rental — 25, 50, 70, 80 and 100 tonne, with certified operators
• Tower crane rental — Liebherr tower cranes, supplied and erected
• Telehandler rental — 12 m, 14 m and 17 m reach — also called boom loaders

Power, lighting and workshop

• Generator rental — 100, 150, 200, 250 and 500 kVA diesel gensets
• Lighting tower rental — LED and metal-halide towers on telescopic masts
• Air compressor rental — Atlas Copco and Doosan, 175–1,000 CFM, plus oil-free units
• Welding machine rental — Blue Arc MIG 500, TIG 200P and diesel welder-generators

There is no single rate — it depends on the machine and its size, how long you need it, whether an operator is included and how far the site is from Mussafah. We publish what drives the number for the three machines people ask about most: crane hire cost, forklift hire cost and generator rental cost.

How many types of equipment does Amirah rent?

Twenty-two machine types, listed above, from mini excavators to 100 tonne mobile cranes and tower cranes. They come from one owned fleet rather than being re-hired from other suppliers, which is why we can confirm a machine’s condition and service history before it leaves the yard.

Can I rent several different machines for one site?

Yes, and it is the usual case. Earthmoving, lifting, access, trucks and site power all come from the same fleet on one contract and one point of contact, rather than from four different suppliers.

Do the machines come with operators?

Certified operators are available on every machine, or you can rent the machine on its own if you have your own qualified and licensed operator. Cranes and larger lifting equipment are normally supplied with an operator.

Where do you deliver?

Across the UAE from our yard in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi and Mussafah are same-emirate deliveries; Dubai is about 90 minutes via the E11 and typically next day; Sharjah and Al Ain are scheduled from the same yard.

How long can I rent for?

Daily, weekly and monthly terms across the fleet, so the hire matches the length of the job. Longer hires usually work out cheaper per day.
